Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers treatment support for individuals who require more frequent interactions with our care team to reinforce individual eating disorder treatment for women. We recommend an Intensive Outpatient Program for those who may be transitioning from higher levels of treatment and need continued structure with the flexibility to continue everyday activities. Intensive Outpatient programming encourages community integration and sustained recovery from an eating disorder. We implement psychodynamic and experiential approaches alongside nutritional counseling and supported meals to develop independence and healthy attitudes towards eating, exercise, and body image.
