Residential Treatment Program
Residential treatment plans are individualized and monitored by our medical and clinical directors. We employ standard of care treatment protocols to control symptoms.
Treatment plans incorporate the following considerations and therapeutic components:
- A minimum of four individual or family sessions per week
- Treatment plan oversight and medication management by a psychiatrist
- Weekly sessions with a registered dietitian
- Meals planned by a registered dietitian
- Three supported meals and three supported snacks per day
- Multiple group counseling sessions per week
- A focus on attachment issues and traumatic experiences that frequently co-exist with and/or contribute to the eating disorder
- A focus on mind-body connection and emotional awareness/tolerance/regulation
- Family therapy
- Lab work drawn on-site as indicated by medical need (separate billing to client/insurance)

Partial Hospitalization
Partial Hospitalization Program
Partial Hospitalization Program offers a treatment experience for those who may be transitioning from a more extensive residential program or need more time with the treatment team outside of our Individual or Intensive Outpatient Programs. Partial Hospitalization treatment plans are individualized and monitored by our medical and clinical directors. We employ standard of care treatment protocols to control symptoms.
Treatment plans incorporate the following considerations and therapeutic components:
- Programming available 7 days per week (can vary based on client need)
- Hours are 9 AM to 6 PM (can vary based on client need)
- Individual and/or family sessions (up to four per week)
- Treatment plan oversight and medication management by a psychiatrist
- Weekly sessions with a registered dietitian
- Meals planned by a registered dietitian
- A focus on attachment issues and traumatic experiences that frequently co-exist with and/or contribute to the eating disorder
- A focus on mind-body connection and emotional awareness
- Family therapy
- Lab work drawn on-site as indicated by medical need

Intensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers treatment support for individuals who require more frequent interactions with our care team to reinforce individual treatment. We recommend an Intensive Outpatient Program for those who may be transitioning from higher levels of treatment and need continued structure with the flexibility to continue everyday activities. Intensive Outpatient programming encourages community integration and sustained recovery from an eating disorder. We implement psychodynamic and experiential approaches alongside nutritional counseling and supported meals to develop independence and healthy attitudes towards eating, exercise, and body image.
Treatment programming includes:
- Programming available 5 days per week (can vary based on client need)
- Duration of session up to 5 hours per day (can vary based on client need)
- Treatment plan oversight by a psychiatrist
- Sessions with a registered dietitian
- Meals planned by a registered dietitian
- Supported meals and supported snacks
- Group counseling sessions
- A focus on attachment issues and traumatic experiences that frequently co-exist with and/or contribute to the eating disorder
- A focus on mind-body connection and emotional awareness
- Family involvement
