Teri McCann, PhD, CEDS

Teri McCann, PhD, CEDS is the founder and executive clinical director of Fairhaven. She earned a Doctorate of Philosophy at Kansas State University. She is a Licensed Psychologist, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. In addition to holding a Mental Health Service Provider designation, she has demonstrated competency in the areas of Social-Personality Psychology and Statistics and Measurement. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee, and the Academy for Eating Disorders.

Welcome to Fairhaven Treatment Center in Cordova, Tennessee. We offer a full continuum of eating disorder treatment for adolescent girls and adult women struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED). Fairhaven Treatment Center specializes in working with eating disorders with co-occurring post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma and attachment disorder, and a history of addiction and substance use disorder.

The Fairhaven Outpatient Center for Eating Disorders houses our eating disorder outpatient programs. Outpatient treatment can include individual therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Partial Hospitalization Programs.

Fairhaven Transitional Living

Various Locations In Tennessee

Our Transitional Living Program provides a low-cost, fully furnished apartment for those stepping down from a residential treatment center program and participating in our eating disorder Partial Hospitalization Program or our Intensive Outpatient Program.
