Your Involvement is Welcomed and Encouraged

Throughout the journey to recovery, Fairhaven wants to here from you. Family involvement can occur in the assessment process, facility tours, admissions process, and throughout the treatment plan. When appropriate to the treatment process, family members take part in family sessions on weekends and Family Days. While many families join the treatment process in person, we can work to accommodate Skype and phone sessions when necessary.

Transitions of Care and Family Support

We will work with your loved one to create a personalized treatment plan. Treatment often involves transitions to different levels of care. Fairhaven offers a continuum of treatment options that include residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and individual counseling sessions. These levels of care, and the transitions that are required, will have different demands and impact on families. We are here to help families prepare for these transitions in order to achieve a sustained and independent recovery.
